Prepare the Package
Carefully place the watch, charger, and documentation into the original luxury presentation box to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your shipping carton, covering any previous barcodes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned timepiece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
